The location was great and the WiFi was pretty good for getting some work done. The rooms were clean and there were black out curtains. The breakfast was OK.

The hotel in ideally located. It's a block away from the beach. It's on a busy street but it's near everything. Drop off and pick up is quite easy despite traffic. People in Cartagena is quite patient and respectful. The Junior suite is quite spacious and comfortable, and very clean. The Breakfast buffet is very good. they prepare meals as needed throughout the day, and there is also room service.

The room was very comfortable, with a spectacular view from the balcony. The staff was very friendly; especially when I made my reservation, they were always attentive to solve my concerns and fulfill my requests. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the sea, the old town and the laguito. I would stay again without thinking twice!

The location was perfect it was close to all the tourist locations even walk-able. The strip has multiple restaurants and shops so you'll never be bored. Also two beaches are in walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and warm and they do offer restaurant service too. the pool was clean but the water was a bit cold.

Best hotel in heart of Bocagrande with the best price, including breakfast. Breakfast was a buffet and pretty good to be included. I think I’m going to host my wedding here.

It’s located in a very good area “Boca Grande”. The building is clean. It’s close to the beach. Staff very friendly. If you need a Tours, the lobby has a third party company which are the best, good price and they will accommodate the price for you if they can.

The hotel is well situated in Bocagrande not far for the local mall Plaza Bocagrande the beach and 10 min away from the Cartagena historical center .The bed is very comfy and very clean room well maintained staff super nice and helpful
