The location , the stuff was very nice specially Luis was always ready to help I was the owner of this place that will be my next General Manager need to be trained into that role and he will be like mine gold great person my wife and I we to this conclusion , about the next tombs up And 10 was there breakfast was every day something different well done lots of choices great breakfast, her last name was shining Gomez at breakfast was very helpful always had smile on her face ready to help

The hotel in ideally located. It's a block away from the beach. It's on a busy street but it's near everything. Drop off and pick up is quite easy despite traffic. People in Cartagena is quite patient and respectful. The Junior suite is quite spacious and comfortable, and very clean. The Breakfast buffet is very good. they prepare meals as needed throughout the day, and there is also room service.

The room was very comfortable, with a spectacular view from the balcony. The staff was very friendly; especially when I made my reservation, they were always attentive to solve my concerns and fulfill my requests. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the sea, the old town and the laguito. I would stay again without thinking twice!
